Lack of interest from Service group Vehicle broke down on Wendover and had it towed to the closest Ford dealer, Green Ford. I had to call them every step of the way to find out progress Vehicle broke down on Wendover and had it towed to the closest Ford dealer, Green Ford. I had to call them every step of the way to find out progress. They apparently ran diagnostics and replaced a battery for $280. Picked up 2 days later and check engine light still on. Will take to a different dealer that wants service business. More

Poor Service My truck was dropped off Sat, due to a dash light warning, had an appointment for 8am Mon, Tuesday I called several times to find out what is going on My truck was dropped off Sat, due to a dash light warning, had an appointment for 8am Mon, Tuesday I called several times to find out what is going on and when I was finally able to connect I was told about the $500 O2 sensor, it was replaced and the truck was picked up at 1pm Wednesday, within an hour of pickup the light came on again. Redelivered the truck Wednesday afternoon. Thursday I called several times finally another service person relayed that they still didn’t know what was going on. Now it’s Friday, I need my truck and I can’t get anyone to help me. More

damaged my wheel and took a chunk out of my sidewall tire A mechanic curbed my wheel hard enough to take a sizable chunk of rubber off the sidewall and damage the wheel. I was offered the option of bringing A mechanic curbed my wheel hard enough to take a sizable chunk of rubber off the sidewall and damage the wheel. I was offered the option of bringing vehicle back to dealer 30ish miles away, when thier wheel repair contractor is in. While my tires will soon need to be replaced, I now have to scramble to have it done as there is concern the tire has been damaged and may be unsafe. For my troubles, I was offered my oil change for almost free and the option to come back and have my wheel "cleaned up". This is two visits in a row that have been unsatisfactory. Last visit had an oil change and alignment taking 4 hours. I unfortunately did not check to see if damage done to my car was noted in invoice. It was not. More

Over charged along with bad customer service My daughter's is in school in Greensboro. Her serpentine belt had broken. I had towed to the local Ford Dealership, there in Greensboro, Greens Ford. My daughter's is in school in Greensboro. Her serpentine belt had broken. I had towed to the local Ford Dealership, there in Greensboro, Greens Ford. They overcharged for the serpentine 377.00 as I called my local Ford dealership here in Raleigh-Durham they quoted me 177.00 & approximately 220.00 altogether. My end cost with these guys was 540.00. Highly disappointed with the service as I have multiple Ford cars and never had this issue. I called and was told someone would contact me back. I never received a call back. By far the worst experience from a Ford dealership and should be shame of themselves. More
