Most Honest, Fair , Dealership I’ve ever dealt with. For 30 years I’ve been a customer of Sayville ford. Bought many cars and trucks there. Newins was really great when my son was looking for a used F150. They had an older one available on their website for a good price, so I left my contact info, and got a call from Victor Aparicio. We set used F150. They had an older one available on their website for a good price, so I left my contact info, and got a call from Victor Aparicio. We set up a day and time to come in and look at the truck. Unfortunately, we got a call on our way in that the truck did not shift into reverse, so they were pulling it from sales.That's why I am rating this 4 stars, not 5- thats a big thing to miss as a dealership! However, Victor was very up front and honest about the deficiency, and very apologetic. The dealership was putting it out to auction, and not trying to be shady about it. I really felt he, and the management team, were sincere, and that's why we stayed to look at two other trucks that were a little newer, but more expensive than we were looking for originally. My son absolutely loved the blue F150, the paint on it looked almost new, and it was clean inside, and mileage wasn't that high for a 2013. It was a beautiful looking truck. But we said thank you very much, and left to think things over. Fortunately we were able to work out the finances and the truck was still there after Memorial Day. We went back, took it for a test drive, and it drove like a dream. He and I were both sold. Victor and the manager, Matt, worked with us on the price, I think we got thr truck for a great price. I was very grateful for both of them working with us, seeing that my son is 17, and he was paying for this himself. The dealership even fixed the broken tail light before we picked up the truck, which was not expected, but was greatly appreciated! Despite the initial disappointment of the first truck not being available, Newins came through for me and my son. He is thrilled with his new truck, and so proud of his purchase. Everyone in the neighborhood has been complementing him on how nice it is! I would recommend Newins to anyone looking for a new or used Ford, or any other used vehicle brand they are selling. The service was exceptional, and they have been established and trusted for 85 years. On a side note, the dealership is very clean, and I was impressed that even the bathroom was extremely clean! More

Not at trusted technicians and not a responsible services management (Ken). My f150 2015 truck was there for a simple hour job. An update on the sync navigation systems which ended up in the technicians blo management (Ken). My f150 2015 truck was there for a simple hour job. An update on the sync navigation systems which ended up in the technicians blowing off the APIM module off the system. You don't have to be a technicians to know that by plug-in an external device incorrectly, by an electrical spark or by forcing or keep pushing to hard a software update you will blow and damage the APIM module on the system. They returned the vehicle to me with a broken system that was on fully working condition and they want me to pay around $1000 dollars to fixed. They don't want to own their own failures and mistakes, they want the customers to pay for it, and all he keep saying was that it's an old truck. Now i just took my truck to another ford dealer which I would not mention the name to keep it privately and yes they admitted that whoever was trying to update my sync software blow out my APIM module and that I need around thousands to fix the problem. What is next for me is to come out with the money and wait for a professional response in this review apologizing for any inconvenience but I never received a responsible and honest solution. More
