I really didn't want to buy a vehicle but my truck was on it's last leg and I did not want to be stranded between Fairbanks and Anchorage. I walked in because I know a mechanic there and a sales person who is a friend of a friend who I now consider one of my friends. They both answered all of my questions and when I got a little nervous they both worked with me on what I need worked out. After I decided on a vehicle it was late and the finance person said he would get with me tomorrow to see he could make it work and I said that's fine and I am not holding my breath. The next day they called and said everything is approved so come on down! Now the excitement came because this is my first new car and I am 53 years old and I couldn't stop smiling. Every single person that I came into contact with was awesome, there was even a guy showing me videos about my Jeep while the sales person had to talk to a finance person. Long story short, this was an amazing experience. More

I've been using the service center for oil changes as well as maintenance/repairs for YEARS. Kenny Ellert is my go-to guy and has always gone over the top for me- exceptional service! Whenever I call, Tony Allen and Nathan Schaeffer are always very pleasant and helpful as well. I had a great experience working with Mike Phommaxaysy when I bought my Jeep last week. I highly recommend Lithia South, they've always been good to me. More

Flexible, Friendly, Helpful Rusty worked very hard to get me in a car with in my standards and budget. He was incredibly helpful, and very patient when I was not as prepared as I thought I was (as a first time car buyer, it was really awesome to have that). He also made sure to note the things the dealership would take care of for me on the car, and he hooked me up with Matt in financing who was incredibly helpful, and very pleasant to work with. The only negative I have is that the work that had to be done on the car was not done when I came to pick it up. I had to leave the car over night since I had driven another to go shopping. When I went to pick it up around noon the next day, as I had informed them I would, they had not fixed the rear view mirror (it was not affixed to anything so it was floppy and you couldn't adjust it). I had to wait for a while before they sent me somewhere else to get it fixed, then I had to wait there for them to fix it. I had left in my lunch at work, but it ended up being an almost 2 hour excursion. Otherwise, the service was great, and I'm incredibly happy with my car and with the services I purchased as well. More

Should not be a Lithia Dealership Had a scheduled appointment at 8am. No loaner, not even an attempt to acquire a loaner of any kind. A "shuttle" that runs once every 90 minutes. 9am Had a scheduled appointment at 8am. No loaner, not even an attempt to acquire a loaner of any kind. A "shuttle" that runs once every 90 minutes. 9am rolls around and my car is still sitting outside and no shuttle in sight. I contact a friend to come pick me up but for the time being I thought I would look at some of the cars on the lot. The lot is a complete mess, especially for Lithia's standards or at least the Lithia dealers I've been to and heard about. The lot looks like people just drive cars in and leave them. Not one was "detailed", multiple vehicles had trash, energy drinks and such inside them, ON THE LOT FOR SALE. They had new mixed with used and you couldn't tell the difference because out of the 30 vehicles I looked at only 5 had stickers saying the price and options, the rest MAYBE had a "as is no warranty" sticker. It gets better, I spent probably 20 minutes walking around outside, in the front of the lot where everyone could see me and was never asked a single question or approached by anyone. I am not sure how well this dealership is doing, but if you asked me, I would say failing... FAILING HARD! I will never return to this dealer other than to pick up my car, instead I will make the trip to go out to the valley where I purchased my car (Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Wasilla) because every I go there I am ALWAYS impressed with their service, customer service, car selection, and their sales people. More
