Scott was very patient with us as we tried to figure out what vehicle would be best for our family. Though we were not ready to purchase one in 2015, we came back again in 2016 to continue our search with Scott and finally in 2017 we made our purchase. What impressed us most is Scott never pressured us to make a decision or never became impatient with our process but just reassured us he would be there when we were ready. When we finally purchase our vehicle the process was really enjoyable, the Palmen team worked hard to locate the exact vehicle we were looking for and brought it in within a day. The team also made the paperwork easy. After everything was signed, Scott spent 1.5hrs with us giving us a detailed overview of the vehicle and helped customize it to our liking. We could not have had a better experience and we would recommend all prospective vehicle buyers to Scott Moore and Palmen regardless of where you are in your search process. More
