Poor communication. Dropped Bolt off on 12/20. Kenny said I’d have some info right away. No info on 12/22 so I sent a text. No response. Texted again 12/23. Received an Dropped Bolt off on 12/20. Kenny said I’d have some info right away. No info on 12/22 so I sent a text. No response. Texted again 12/23. Received an estimate. Checked w/our ins. agent and approved work on 12/26 morning. Asked for status 12/27 4:45. No response until Kenny called 12/29, saying that the car had been ready for two days. Not having the car was a big inconvenience. Went to pick up Bolt the morning of 12/30, it’s a 40-minute drive. My wife dropped me off, I got the car AND THE SERVICE LIGHT WAS STILL ON. Extremely disappointing. My wife had to come back and get me while a tech worked on the car again, and we picked it up at the end of the day. I was surprised by the shoddy communication as well as the issue with the repair. More
