A Touch of Class Buying a car at Lexus of Sacramento was so easy! Everyone was so nice and helpful and they explained everything in full. From dealing with Michael K Buying a car at Lexus of Sacramento was so easy! Everyone was so nice and helpful and they explained everything in full. From dealing with Michael Kennedy (Internet/Fleet Manager), to Mike Zinda for Financial, to Mark Castoreno (Technology)...each was a smooth transition, and everyone made us feel comfortable and never pressured. I had questions after I got home and they were quickly answered. Then I brought the car in to have my extras installed. Christina Carson was just great! And today I called to ask another question, and I talked to Kent Owens. No one ever made me feel like I was asking a dumb question. Customer service at this dealership is outstanding! More

"Not what I expected!" I dread buying cars because of the experiences I've had in the past with unprofessional, cheesy sales staff. The expereince we had at Lexus of Sacram I dread buying cars because of the experiences I've had in the past with unprofessional, cheesy sales staff. The expereince we had at Lexus of Sacramento was amazing! We dealt with one person from begining to end, Kent Owens, and he never once pressured us to buy. Very professional, straight shooter. After our first test drive, we got out of the car and he said "I'll be here until 8:00 tonight. Call me and let me know what you want to do." then he just walked away. We were very impressed! He was also very accomodating and took the contract for signature to our home for my wife to sign since she was not able to get to the dealership. Great experience, would definitely buy another car from them. More

Top of line experience and customer service What can one say? I just had the best car buying experience of my life. I had worked with Kent Owens on buying a car for a good period of time with What can one say? I just had the best car buying experience of my life. I had worked with Kent Owens on buying a car for a good period of time with numerous visits to the dealership. From day one I was always treated like a valued customer. Kent ensured all my questions were answered and never tried to pressure me into purchasing a vehicle knowing that I was not ready. Robert Herndon in Finance provided excellent service and did not try to brow beat into purchasing something I did not want. Sharon Wersted in VehicleDelivery made sure I knew what I needed to know about my new ES 350 before I departed the dealership. She ensured I knew I could contact her with any questions i may have. I was introduced to General Sales Manager Rick Rodell and General Manager Christian Simon. They took time from their busy schedules to talk to me and again they treated me as a valued customer not someone who had already bought a vehicle. I live a small distance from Sacramento Lexus with a dealership closer to my home. But Sacramento Lexus is where my car will serviced because my purchasing experience and the customer service I received. If you're considering purchasing a Lexus, go to NO other place except Sacramento Lexus. Again, Top of the Line! More
