The expereince we had at Lexus of Sacramento was amazing! We dealt with one person from begining to end, Kent Owens, and he never once pressured us to buy. Very professional, straight shooter. After our first test drive, we got out of the car and he said "I'll be here until 8:00 tonight. Call me and let me know what you want to do." then he just walked away. We were very impressed! He was also very accomodating and took the contract for signature to our home for my wife to sign since she was not able to get to the dealership. Great experience, would definitely buy another car from them. More

Kent ensured all my questions were answered and never tried to pressure me into purchasing a vehicle knowing that I was not ready. Robert Herndon in Finance provided excellent service and did not try to brow beat into purchasing something I did not want. Sharon Wersted in VehicleDelivery made sure I knew what I needed to know about my new ES 350 before I departed the dealership. She ensured I knew I could contact her with any questions i may have. I was introduced to General Sales Manager Rick Rodell and General Manager Christian Simon. They took time from their busy schedules to talk to me and again they treated me as a valued customer not someone who had already bought a vehicle. I live a small distance from Sacramento Lexus with a dealership closer to my home.
