Kent was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the car (GS 350 F-Sport RWD) and the drive was long enough to assess the car. It was the last car on our short list and the only one we both liked. Kent proposed a price we liked so we bought it. Kent continued to instruct us on the features of the car and brought in Jesus to complete our education. Kent also brought up issues such as the expense of staggered tire sizes to insure that we purchased the car that was most appropriate/desirable for us. My wife said she wouldn't have bought the car from anyone else. In Finance with Mike Zinda, we purchased window tinting, paint/leather/carpet protection, and the clear plastic film on the hood, mirrors, etc. He suggested more add-ons that we weren't interested in. We felt they were suggestions and did not feel pressured. In fact, we never felt pressured during the whole experience and were treated very well by the entire staff we dealt with. This has been a great experience and now we have a great car. More

Worked with the very accommodating & easy going Kent Owens, and he located a couple of cars, out of town, in my colors. I made my choice and the car was ready in the early evening. Then the very patient Samantha explained the navigation, iPhone connections, how all the new safety features worked. I'm in my seventies, and don't understand some of the new tech stuff, so... when I say patient, that's an understatement. Everyone there seems to go out of their way to accommodate your every wish. Bottom line, extremely friendly dealership, nice people, excellent service, and of course, great cars. More

Great experience. Lexus will have my repeat business!! I emailed to make sure the car on the internet was still available, within minutes I was responded to and all questions were answered. We were worried when we arrived and the car was no where in sight but Kent Owens met with us within a few minutes and pulled the car around from out back. He had taken it off the lot when he knew we were coming to make sure it was pristine and then educated himself on the features as this was a used Cadillac at this Lexus dealership. He was extremely courteous and let us take our time exploring the vehicle. He sat with us and showed us all the features. We did a nice test drive and was not required to give him our drivers license which was the first indication this was going to be a nice experience. The negotiations went smoothly and their was no back and forth with other people, Kent was the only one we negotiated with and it went smoothly. Next meeting was with Mike Zinda in the finance dept. He was professional and new his stuff! It went very quickly and we were done within 20 minutes... plus he has the most incredible high tech desk where you sign your documents on the glass desk and they were big enough for everyone to read!! That in itself made the time fly! All of the staff was very friendly, oh and don't get me started about the beautiful bathrooms ;) More

He explained thoroughly the process for turning in my leased vehicle , a 2015 Lexus RX 350, and made it easy for me to make an informed decision on the new vehicle that I leased, a 2018 Lexus RX 350. I had dealt with Kent when I leased the 2015 Lexus and had a very comfortable experience, which is why I made an appointment with him to discuss my options when I turned in the 2015 vehicle. Upon making my decision on a new lease, Kent offered to follow me home to retrieve the extra key to the 2015 Lexus (which I had forgotten) and while at my home, he programmed my garage door opener into my new 2018 Lexus. Since I live quite a distance from the Lexus dealership, I really appreciated not having to make another trip before I could gain possession of my new Lexus. It is this kind of personal touch that customers really appreciate, I also had a very positive experience with Ron Kaulen, the Finance Manager, and Samantha Williamson, Lexus Delivery Specialist. Both were knowledgeable and made the experience very comfortable. Thank you! More
