I love the Genesis brand. As someone who has owned Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, I would say that the customer service experience is lacking at this time for Genesis still operating out of the Hyundai deale Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, I would say that the customer service experience is lacking at this time for Genesis still operating out of the Hyundai dealership. If Genesis wants to continue to move forward with their brand, I think they need to consider a more personalized and “Porsche” level of customer service from the time you walk in the door, through the purchase, and on through to the maintenance services offered.
