Great service. Like the new waiting room. But I really do like the old waiting room that would look like a movie theater that was more nicer for me. Add water snack Like the new waiting room. Everything was handled in a timely manner which I really appreciate , but there were some loose screws needing tightening. There is also the smell of burnt oil after driving. Who is Daniel Albert. ? Our sales rep was Kenneth Walker and he was exceptional. He answered every question and was so patient with us. He worked with us to get into the au ? Our sales rep was Kenneth Walker and he was exceptional. He answered every question and was so patient with us. He worked with us to get into the auto we wanted. (We already loved Sanatas. We bought one new in 04 and is still a good auto. Gave to son.) The gentleman that took care of the paper work was also exceptional, could that be Albert? Tulsa Hyundai will be nice once work is completed but quite upside down right now. However; we will be recommending it and especially Kenneth Walker. More

I recieved a new CD CARD in the mail which the dealer installed. I have had nothing but trouble since. First my GPS did not work which meant another trip to the service dept. Now my 'AV' is off and the installed. I have had nothing but trouble since. First my GPS did not work which meant another trip to the service dept. Now my 'AV' is off and the user manual is no help. Looks like another trip top service dept. Do me a favor and don't send me any more upgrades to my system. The dealership is fine, but headquarters sucks. More
