Okay but not great. I've been affiliated with this dealership since 2005. I've seen it's unfortunate decline. At any rate, my service was what I would expect from any I've been affiliated with this dealership since 2005. I've seen it's unfortunate decline. At any rate, my service was what I would expect from any dealership. It was everything I could have asked for. It was thorough, expeditious, full and complete. My car was cleaned and the right recommendations were made, as I already knew the things that needed attention. They even gave me a quick fix to what needs a permanent fix which I'll do later. I am pleased with the service. More

I was treated with complete respect and care! Keon Tobin was exceptionally qualified and pleasant to work with in relation to several situations and questions I had regarding my vehicle. Anything Keon Tobin was exceptionally qualified and pleasant to work with in relation to several situations and questions I had regarding my vehicle. Anything that he was not knowledgeable, he sought an answer from another. Further, I appreciated the offer to obtain a loaner vehicle.. great X5. Too, my vehicle was ready when it was promised!
