Great Service! My service advisor was Keon and he was Great!! He was super efficient and updated me on my car every few hours. I was treated with complete respect and care! Keon Tobin was exceptionally qualified and pleasant to work with in relation to several situations and questions I had regarding my vehicle. Anything Keon Tobin was exceptionally qualified and pleasant to work with in relation to several situations and questions I had regarding my vehicle. Anything that he was not knowledgeable, he sought an answer from another. Further, I appreciated the offer to obtain a loaner vehicle.. great X5. Too, my vehicle was ready when it was promised!
