They have absolutely no communication in the service department. Keri is rude and doesn’t want to be bothered. I dropped my truck off originally to get transmission lines fixed. I got it fixed after a week and a half , mind you it sat for multiple days before even being looked at. When I got it back my horn and windshield washer fluid wasn’t working, I went back because obviously they did something. Now I make an appt and take it back. When I arrived they said I didn’t have an appt. And it just sat in their parking lot again. No phone call , nothing! I called the following day to see the status and was told unfortunately it hasn’t been looked at but Keri knows it’s not related! Are you kidding me ? So unprofessional, rude and completely unacceptable! I will never take my vehicle there again and if you guys were smart you wouldn’t either. You would have better luck taking your vehicle to McDonald’s! More
