Kind, Polite, Patient and Courteous. This was the first time in 25 years I purchased a car. The Salesperson, Kermit Graham was wonderful. Pleasant and very patient. Roger (I am sorry I don't remember his last name) the financial person was also very kind and understanding. The receptionists were great. I found the process just plain good customer service. And yes I would recommend Hollywood Kia to my friends and family. No this was my first time at Hollywood Kia and No I do not know anyone there. I didn't get to see their wee spokes person though. LOL A wee girl that has been doing their commercials for a few years. Thank you. Anna Wells More
