I have been in the auto industry for 19 years. I started my career as a sales associate. After being top sales associate, year after year, I was promoted to management. The training I received (finance and insurance, management processes, sales motivation, inventory control) from my mentors, gave me a solid foundation of knowledge, that has allowed me the the success in running retail stores, ever since! Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I have lived in South Florida just shy of 30 years. A proud husband to my wife, Nira for 13 years. I have three daughters (Emily, Sophia and Natalie) and two granddaughters (Ella and Avery).

Hollywood Kia, Florida Worst customer service ever ! !! I made an appointment at their behest. No one knew about it. They told me nobody ever knows about appointments. It’s just a sales gimmick. not a good start …I told Ilgal spivak That I did not want to be helped by him. (respectfully) I wanted somebody else he said if I wanted a car, he has to help me. He literally gave me a “script” to study printed out with instructions to ensure he received a 10 on their survey and kept pushing it like he was desperate (I know why now ). I knew the exact car I wanted and told them the payments that I could afford. Easy right? Noooo. Ilgal spivak begged and forced me to drive it saying, I couldn’t buy the car unless I drove it. I did not want to drive it. I wanted to buy it and leave. They wrote down on a little piece of paper the payments I would be making but neglected to tell me that the number they showed me was “before taxes!” Nasty trick. They also forgot to cancel my 2022 for the 2024 exchange (information from Kia finance) so one month I had to pay for both! I tried my best to get information about the double payment but The Dealership ignored me ignored my calls hung up on me! Never returned my callsHollywood Kia, Florida Worst customer service ever !!! I was buried in this car at a high rate. I was put in an upside-down deal for over 8 thousand dollars over what the car is Worth. xxxx, that means that this car will have have a positive Equity on it. More
