Awesome - Wow. What an experience on purchasing my 2026 Pathfinder. Beginning with slowly looking at cars on Four Stars Nissan and the General Manager walking around on the lot with the Owner says to me to let him know if I’d like to see inside any vehicle.and he would get it opened for us. I was not aware of his position. Just thought he was showing someone a vehicle. My wife and I returned the evening and just happened to see the same two gentleman and asked if either one was a salesperson. They both immediately introduced themselves and immediately helped us get started at seeing the vehicle we desired. We got there about a quarter to 7 pm and they close around 8 pm. We left around 8:10 pm having completed a test drive with an agreement on the deal but felt like we were leaving from a most enjoyable meeting with our family. The most amazing experience ever, briefly speaking with the owner and then the GM and Sales Associate D’Angelo Davis were both tremendously friendly, caring, professional, so courteous listening to us presenting the offer on the Pathfinder. We returned the next day to complete the purchase. Truly no one tried to sell us the vehicle we were interested in with a tremendously awesome deal. We share, they shared, we agreed on what we all felt was the best deal ever. Our experience with all the Four Stars Nissan staff from beginning to end was beyond extraordinary. I recommend Four Stars Nissan to everyone one wanting to enjoy one of the best experiences ever in your life. They truly care about you and providing you with the best that be done. Purchasing my 2026 Nissan Z Heritage was a GREAT experience. The sales team is knowledgeable and understand of my needs and walked me through the entire process. ***Update*** This morning on October 30th, I had a conference call with some of the management team, and they’re going to make this right, over and above right. They are working hard for me and are over accommodating which is rare in the automotive industry. My situation appears to be an anomaly, and I couldn’t be more relieved that they’re standing behind their product and will take great care of me. By all means, PURCHASE A VEHICLE from them as they have just proven that they will take care of their customers AFTER the sale to maintain a positive relationship. ————— I purchased a preowned 2020 Mercedes GLE350 from the dealership. The purchase process was good, however, the car not so much. I was assured that this vehicle received a thorough inspection prior to sale, but it’s obvious that this “inspection” was not as thorough as we had thought. The rear shocks are bad, the motor mounts and transmission mounts were bad. Additionally, I bought the extended warranty, which was the closest thing to “bumper-to-bumper” you can get. After many rounds with the extended warranty company, the warranty company would only cover the motor mounts, and not the transition mount. Also, the warranty company will only cover one rear shock. The warranty company will only pay approximately five hours of labor, the actual labor for these repairs is approximately 18 hours. This leaves me out of pocket approximately $4,000 in repairs. This vehicle should’ve been sent to auction versus being placed for sale on their lot. I understand the risk of buying it “as is” vehicle, I also understand that I bought a European vehicle in which repairs are expensive. This is why I purchased the best extended warranty policy they offered. I believe these issues should’ve been caught once a vehicle came in on trade and PRIOR to being listed for sale. I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership if you want to purchase a preowned vehicle. I would recommend you do your research on your own warranty company if you take the risk of buying a preowned vehicle from this dealership. More
