Kerry’s client service after the purchase and follow up is also very personal by checking in multiple times afterwards to make sure everything is going well and to address and questions or issues. Ensures that if I need support from the BMW technology expert team he arranges the appointment and addresses any service issues or concerns I my have after the purchase.
