Kerry, my service advisor at Honda Fort Worth, took me to the shop area to show me their findings. He did not assume what I knew or did not know. Kerry patiently answered all of my questions. He was not in a rush to push me out the door. When it was time for me to check out, Kerry walked me to the checkout counter, gave me his card, shook my hand gently, looked me in the eye and said "Thank You for coming in today, Mrs. Ford."
