I received the best service at Honda Fort Worth. I have been to Honda Arlington, McKinney, and Honda Frisco where I felt like number instead of a Client. Kerry, my service advisor at Honda Fort Worth, too been to Honda Arlington, McKinney, and Honda Frisco where I felt like number instead of a Client. Kerry, my service advisor at Honda Fort Worth, took me to the shop area to show me their findings. He did not assume what I knew or did not know. Kerry patiently answered all of my questions. He was not in a rush to push me out the door. When it was time for me to check out, Kerry walked me to the checkout counter, gave me his card, shook my hand gently, looked me in the eye and said "Thank You for coming in today, Mrs. Ford." Great experience Was on my way to an appointment. My car did not want to start. I stopped by and ask them to check my battery. I told Kerry that I had a doctors app Was on my way to an appointment. I said that was fine. He must have pushed my car through, had my battery change and my floor mats cleaned and I had my car and made my appointment on time. More
