I was very disappointed in the service I received. I arrived 15 minutes early, for my appointment at 12:30 for an oil change and tire rotation and didn't leave until 2:45. I never spoke with Kevin so I arrived 15 minutes early, for my appointment at 12:30 for an oil change and tire rotation and didn't leave until 2:45. I never spoke with Kevin so I really can't rate. The quality of service was terrible. They didn't even put the sticker to let me know when my car needs to be serviced again. They didn't wipe the car off, so I had oily fingerprints all over it. I will not be stepping foot back in Toyota of Easley. More

Kevin is a terrific service attendant. He checked my car in quickly and efficiently and had it back out to me within the hour. everytime I am in for a check I invariably end up missing a valve stem cap. I asked Kevin to replace it but that did not happen. I have an issue with GPS for 2 years and still no resolution. Is it time to s a valve stem cap. I asked Kevin to replace it but that did not happen. I have an issue with GPS for 2 years and still no resolution. Is it time to sell my Toyota? More
