The service advisors always communicated the status of my vehicle and never tried to upsell unless it was a safety issue. Recommendations are always made with reasonable time frames to address. I was incredibly impressed with my last service experience when I received video, yes video!, of my multipoint inspection pointing out the status of specific components (brakes, tires, etc.) and areas to keep my eyes on for the future. Simply awesome! More
