We are so sorry for the inconvenience to you. We have spoken with the windshield company about improperly installing your heating element on the glass. As for the spark plug, it was defective and under a parts warranty. Unfortunately, this was not foreseeable until the vehicle started to exhibit a misfire. As we stated, we will be refunding the cost of the heating element to you (and then we will get with the windshield company). Again, we do apologize for your experience.
