We wanted to pay cash the total cost of the X3 the day of purchase. We were talked into financing a portion of the purchase. Being nice people we went through the finance part which was very time consuming. Looking back we should have stood our ground and paid cash for the vehicle. In the future your sales department should not pressure customers into any financing. I believe your dealership gets a kick back from the bank for each loan deal funneled their way. It cost us $140 in interest to go through about 2 hours of our time to generate a loan we did not need or want. Call me to discuss further. Richard Villani 435 703-4279
