Busy dealership with clean, well-appointed lounge area I brought my 2018 Sonata in for routine maintenance. I was met in the service driveway by a very friendly service team member as soon as I drove up. M I brought my 2018 Sonata in for routine maintenance. I was met in the service driveway by a very friendly service team member as soon as I drove up. My appointment was found quickly and I was directed to wait in the lounge area. It was busy and got even busier in the 2.5 hours I was there, but the reception staff kept the refreshments area clean and well-stocked. I’m sensitive to sound, so the noise level was bothersome. The service team kept me informed by phone, text, and in person as needed. Prices were high, but I expect that of any dealership. More

Honest work. They told me my battery was ready to be replaced before warranty expired. So thankful. And my air conditioning is much better as they flushed it. The experience was awful. We had an appointment at 11AM.....Arrived at 10:55 AM. This was for an oil change and tire rotation plus and recall module update. Was told it would We had an appointment at 11AM.....Arrived at 10:55 AM. This was for an oil change and tire rotation plus and recall module update. Was told it would be about 1 1/2 hr. We did not get out of there till after 2PM. Unacceptable! And no tire rotation. More

Great service I had 2 front tires leaking air they found a nail in one by the side wall couldn't find leak in the other so to be on the s@ft side they replaced both I had 2 front tires leaking air they found a nail in one by the side wall couldn't find leak in the other so to be on the s@ft side they replaced both under my road hazard warranty.
