My car had made a noise after regular maintenance at the dealership. My next visit, I made note of this and that the alignment may have been off. That was evident in the service inspection. Car is still making noises due to previous alignment issue. The car had never had alignment check before. This should have been recognized and serviced. Unfortunately it is still affecting my car’s performance. More

Never called to update the status of my vehicle. I had to call. Took almost 8 hours for a check engine light & oil change. Had to call twice. Did not seem to know what the issue was.
