I arrived at the service desk at 5:00PM, one hour before closing with a window stuck in down position in sub-zero temperatures and 1 1/2 hours from home. They could have cleaned up on my emergency, but got closing with a window stuck in down position in sub-zero temperatures and 1 1/2 hours from home. My car had made a noise after regular maintenance at the dealership. My next visit, I made note of this and that the alignment may have been off. That was evident in the service inspection. Never called to update the status of my vehicle. I had to call. Took almost 8 hours for a check engine light & oil change. Had to call twice. Did not seem to know what the issue was.
