Sales experience was good. Kevin the sales associate was friendly and professional during the process. I am owed bodywork on my truck by dealer. Have not received call from body shop to set up date and time to bring the truck in. Purchased truck on 8/12/25 and have not heard anything from body shop as of 8/29/25. Have tried calling Kevin the sales associate I worked with repeatedly to inquire about the body shop. Left multiple messages and have not received a call back. Tried calling Austin the sales manager, since I haven’t heard from Kevin, multiple times and no answer or call back either time. I would like to give them a higher rating but until they come through on their end of our agreement I cannot at this time. More
