Kevin in service, phenomenal. Always professional, receptive, and kind. I am discouraged by the technicians from my last service. The civic was not returned as I left it. The grill isn’t secure and the hood doesn’t align with quarter panels. Clips are missing and rubber is torn. Kevin is receptive to my concerns and I am positive the corrections will be made. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2009 Accord because online they had a coupon for $86.88. When I got there, I was informed that the coupon is for regular oil and synthetic is $25 more. Accord because online they had a coupon for $86.88. When I got there, I was informed that the coupon is for regular oil and synthetic is $25 more. They don't even stock regular oil. So the coupon was a bait and switch tactic to bring in customers with older vehicles to upsell them on a switch to synthetic oil. I'm giving 2 stars because service advisor Kevin was honest and efficient to work with. More

Kevin is always excellent. It’s why we ask for him. What I don’t like is how Sierra Honda is now charging 3% on credit card charges. That’s why Sierra only gets a 4 star but It’s why we ask for him.
