Kevin Eng my long time service rep is great and continues to provide great dependable and professional service. I’ve enjoyed a good long term experience with Sierra Honda. But the most recent service came to provide great dependable and professional service. I’ve enjoyed a good long term experience with Sierra Honda. But the most recent service came with a 3% surcharge for using my credit card. I do not like this surcharge. It makes me feel Sierra Honda has started to nickel and dime its customers. Your reputation takes a hit with this surcharge. I hope you rethink it. More
