After the sales Tim the finance guy was professional, prompt, detailed and accurate turned an uncomfortable process into an easy comfortable situation, no confrontation. Both were transparent, customer-centered and efficient. I was sad to trade in my beloved 2005 Outback, but I wanted a smaller car and better gas mileage. I was delighted to learn that the CrossTrek is mostly a mini-version of the Outback. Kevin walked me through the whole process of leasing with patience and ease.
