I was confused about trading in my Pilot for something smaller. Kevin helped me and gave me multiple options. He listened to what I wanted and did not want in a car (I believe that is very important) Kevin took extra time and came to sell me my vehicle even on his day off! Kevin was very helpful. I asked may questions and he answered them all. He was very knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. He was also very patient with me.
