1. The sales guy dn’t know the basic features of the car. He does even know the location of the jack. Very slow in respondibg after sales issues. The car is not full tank when it was endorsed. Quality control is bad. Found cosmetics defect the after fee days, paint defects, cabin foam is poping out. It was poorly detail inside, found spme finger prints tge following day. 3. The finance guy was intense in latter part of negotiations. 4. Custoner Service (Kevin Harris) response is good in addressing the paint issues. Bellflower Collision Center did a good job. The foam popping is still need to resolve. More

1. Sale person is accomodating at first. Although he is not well verse with the basic features of the car. He does not even know the location of the jack. After sales he is slow in responding to quality is not well verse with the basic features of the car. He does not even know the location of the jack. After sales he is slow in responding to quality issues. 2. QUALITY OF WORKS & QUALITY CONTROL ARE VERY POOR. 2.1 The car I got has paint chips, blisters. (Fixed-Steve Baca did a good job) 2.2 The interior foam is poping out. (Not fix) 2.3 The interior was not detailed well, I saw finger prints all over the following day. 2.4 The car is not full tank when endorsed to me. According to sale person the pump is close at night. 3. Customer Service is very good. Although I am very dissapointed with the Cosmetic Quality of the Car. Mr. Kevin Harris response to address the issues are very good. 4. Finance guy was intense at later part of negotiation. 5. Service Advisor response is good during the paint job work. More
