Effective, some confusion on whether a needed part was available or not (it wasn't), and disconcerting that a new cabin air filter was lying on the floor mat Uninstaller. Appreciate Matt coming out to greet me when I arrived on the lot to window shop. No pressure, we had a short conversation and he gave me his card and left me to look around.
