On Friday, July 25, my car began to overheat. Thankfully, I was in a parking lot because of all of the steam and liquid that was expelled from my car. I called the Dirito Brothers of Walnut Creek Thankfully, I was in a parking lot because of all of the steam and liquid that was expelled from my car. I called the Dirito Brothers of Walnut Creek Volkswagen, and they told me I could have my car towed to them. During the diagnostic, it was found that my car was missing a serpentine belt. There was only one serpentine belt in my car and it was and it was tattered, and probably about to snap. My car operates with two serpentine belts. Kevin in the Service department, called me and told me that they would do several tests on my car once they had received the new serpentine belts which had to be ordered. My car was up and running in no time. I am so grateful for the excellent service that I received from Dirito Brothers. My special thanks to Kevin and the technicians who worked on my car. More
