Proud to have grown-up in Yorktown Virginia! When I left college in 1985 I moved and spent 10 years in Maryland. I got transferred to Charlotte North Carolina in 1995 and then transferred and settled in Pinellas County, Florida in 2002. For entertainment I enjoy Nascar, College Football (Virginia Tech Hokie), Hockey & Golf. My wife (Jennifer) and I enjoy going to the movies. Walker Review for Sale of 2015 Explorer Very impressed with sales person Kevin Jewel. I had researched the Ford Explorers online and then made contact with Kevin to schedule a test drive. Very impressed with sales person Kevin Jewel. I had researched the Ford Explorers online and then made contact with Kevin to schedule a test drive. On arriving at the dealership, Kevin had the car waiting in the front lot and started it as we exited our vehicle. He then spent about an hour explaining each of the functions of the Explorer, which were many since it was the Limited edition. And he accompanied us on the test drive, walking us through use of the Lane Departure Warning system, functions of the turn signals, wipers, lights, Parking assist, etc. All very different from my former 11-year old car. Kevin then spent several hours with us completing the necessary paperwork to finalize the sale with appropriate discounts - final price was very well discounted, luring us away from plans to also consider a Toyota Highlander. And, after we completed signing all paperwork and the sale was completed, Kevin spent another half hour with us in the Explorer explaining more of the functions of the vehicle and its computerized offerings. My impression of Kevin is that he is a genuinely honest person, conveying to us a legitimate feeling of trust. He treated my wife, daughter and me with respect and friendliness, which we all appreciated. We also own a 2011 Ford Escape which we purchased new from Kevin with the same experience. We have had all servicing for the Escape done at Walker over the past four years, and the workmanship and treatment has been exceptional also. More

What a great experience! Mike Simmons, Kevin, Brett (and everyone else at Walker Ford) really live up to their reputation, "Simple, honest and hassle free". I originally started out with a different manufacturer (starts with an A and ends with an A) I contacted the dealer and they would never get back to me - so a friend of mine said to call "Kevin and he'll take care of you". Well, I called Kevin - even though he was busy he took my call and told me he would call me back within 15 min. He did. When my husband and I showed up at Walker - Kevin introduced us to Mike Simmons (Kevin was delivering another vehicle) Kevin let us know ahead of time he would be with another delivery but he would make sure we were taken care of. We LOVE Mike - he is so personable, fun, and professional. In fact everyone we met at Walker was awesome. When we got to F&I - Brett had all of the paperwork ready to go and we were in and out in no time. I had no idea I would decide on a Ford and I love it! I would definitely refer my friends and family to Walker Ford they do right by the customer. Thank you Mike Simmons and everyone at Walker Ford! More

2015 Taurus Pre-Order Took Longer than expected. We are very satisfied with Walker Ford's overall experience. The sales and service staff are very professional and a pleasure to work with. However, we were somewhat disappointed with the vehicle order (from Ford Chicago) taking so long from the order date (October 2, 2014) until delivery, January 21, 2015, about 15-1/2 weeks. This resulted in extended use of a rental approximately 7-1/2 weeks beyond what we had planned for. Walker Ford covered about 4-1/2 weeks of this extra expense. More
