My next contact with Walker was the next morning at 9am. After arriving home the night I picked up the car I noticed a piece of the glove compartment button was missing, arriving at the sales dept. I was greeted by a young man who listened to my problem and eagerly attempted to help, he referred me to James in parts who dropped what he was doing and looked at my problem, he immediately introduced me to Ryan, keeping in mind I was a walk in with no appointment, inspected the part took my vin, without writing it down, created a service order walked it over to James who ordered the part and gave me his business card and said he would call me when it arrived.
