Our purchase of a new 2014 Ford Mustang at Walker Ford was so easy and a great experience. We were very particular in what we wanted and after talking with Kevin Jewel via email and in person we decided was so easy and a great experience. Kevin made the order process very smooth and covered every detail with us. He also got us an amazing price. I shopped around the area for the best price and they had the best by far. After our order was completed and submitted Kevin didn't forget about us. He sent us updates on the progress of our vehicle all the way through until it was delivered. A few days before the car arrived we talked with Denise Newman about adding window tinting and she told us about the Pro Package that includes the window tint, polymer paint protectant and interior protectant, and the all weather floor mats for a great price. The day we picked up the car all of the tinting and Pro Package details were completed and the car was waiting and ready to go. Mickey Alperstein had all of the paper work finished and waiting for our signatures. I have bought numerous cars in the past and this was by far the smoothest and best car buying experience I have had! I thank Kevin Jewel and the rest of the Walker Ford team for this great experience. When I am ready to buy another vehicle I will definitely go back to Kevin and Walker Ford. More

And Kevin Jewel is very product knowledgeable, pleasant to be around and also quite the good listener to sort through things that matter to his client. I have to admit Kevin made me change my mind on car dealers, which I used to call "snakes" - I got to Walker Ford after a REALLY bad experience with another dealer and several horrible experiences in t dealers, which I used to call "snakes" - I got to Walker Ford after a REALLY bad experience with another dealer and several horrible experiences in the past years; I kept my old car 9 years because the idea of having to deal with the "snakes" again, made me sick... Kevin managed to change my mind! first of all, he responded to my internet inquiry with promptness, giving me the best price and laying down all my financing options for the model I was inquiring about, without harassing me with follow-up calls. When I got there, he was waiting for me with all the paperwork ready, showing me the pricing and the (possible) discounts. We didn't have much time because I got to the appoitment late at 4pm and he was working until 5pm, so I told him I wanted to see the numbers before the test drive as I had already tested a similar model the day before at another dealership. Kevin still insisted for me to at least see the actual car in real life other than a picture on the website. Turned out I didn't like it so much after all, and asked for a price for the 2014 model. (I had inquired on a 2013 model). Kevin re-ran all the pricing for me without looking at the watch (it was already past 5pm), and also gave me, upon my request, a quote for the 2014 SE. At the moment I found it too expensive and decided to go for the 2014S but once I got home and checked the Ford website again, I had second thoughts... maybe the 2014SE was worth the extra money. so I emailed Kevin again asking for the details of the 2014SE and asking also if I could get a color different than what was available at the dealership. Kevin called me the next morning saying that he found the car I wanted. Bottom line, he made me upgrade 2 models without even trying!! It must have been the easiest sale of his life, I did it all by myself! I liked the fact that he never once tried to push me to a more expensive model, he gave me the tools I needed to decide by myself. I don't like to be rushed into decisions (especially when it comes to buying a car!) and Kevin didn't make me feel under pressure. He was always knowledgeable, available and respectful. Also when it came to financing, he and Brett worked to find me the best deal possible, I had found a low option but they found another option 0.9% lower. Great experience, I will recommend Walker Fordto anybody looking to buy a car! I live in Tampa but it was worth the drive. More
