Was on my way to Autonation Nissan to possibly buy Pathfinder, and decided to pull into Walker Ford on my way by. I really wanted a Ford Explorer or Edge, but couldn't seem to get the right deal or ri Pathfinder, and decided to pull into Walker Ford on my way by. I really wanted a Ford Explorer or Edge, but couldn't seem to get the right deal or right vehicle anywhere, so I was looking at Pathfinders. Walker Ford had the right vehicles, and Kevin Jewel made sure I got the right price as well. Needless to say, I missed my appointment at Autonation, and drove home in a new 2014 Explorer Limited! He was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and no high pressure or playing numbers games like a lot to sales people do. I have already been back to start looking for my other car I'm replacing because I know I'll get fair & honest service & pricing at Walker Ford! More

My wife and I were down in Florida on vacation / business trip for 2 weeks in late January from Ann Arbor, Michigan. We wanted to trade in our Nissan Murano because it was a front wheel drive vehicle and it trip for 2 weeks in late January from Ann Arbor, Michigan. We wanted to trade in our Nissan Murano because it was a front wheel drive vehicle and it was becoming more difficult to travel during the winter. We also have a growing family with young kids and needed more space for long travel trips. I submitted a request for nearby dealerships on Ford's website and 3 dealerships called or emailed. Kevin Jewel and Walker Ford were the only ones that followed up in a timely fashion and did their due diligence to find the perfect car for us. They had to get our car transferred in from Bartow and the whole process went very smooth. Kevin did a great job making my wife and I feel comfortable. He never tried to put us in a car that he was trying to sell and really listened to our needs and wants. They found me great financing through a local bank...6 years at 1.9%!!! The paperwork process was also a smooth process and Mickey made the decisions of buying warranties as painless as possible. Thank you Walker Ford and Kevin Jewel for all your hard work. I have been buying Ford products for the past 40 years in Florida, my first car was a 1930 Ford Model A Coupe for $90.00, used. Before that company cars some of which were Ford products. So much for my introduction informing you of my automobile experience. However, never have I experienced such a great professional group as I did when dealing with your people, all of which were courteous, friendly, and experienced professionals who made my visit most rewarding, almost forcing me to buy to say thank you. I did buy an Escape SE that I liked. I must mention Mike Olsen who has been my service manager at Scaritt and now Walker so it was good to see a friendly face giving me a high comfort level.
