I started my quest for a new car online, contacting several dealer. Kevin contacted me within 24 hours by email and offered any assistance. Because of my work schedule I did not answer. I had a Ford Taurus that had not given me any problems, but was 8. Yrs old. I decided to stop at Walker Ford first expecting to spend my Saturday car shopping. I was immediately greeted and escorted to the office to ask for Kevin. He was busy with a client but made time to come and greet me and asked if I minded having Ralph show me around. Ralph is the most sincere gentleman I encountered. He described my options and the differences between buying new and used. After test driving the new 2012 Fiesta he asked if I were interested. I said I was, but have a pending foreclosure in my credit history. He stated he would see what was possible and spent valuable time to check for any offers or rebates and working with a very customer -service minded gentleman named Brett. All these gentlemen, to include Tim, were so friendly, accommodating and helpful, I felt like a family member. Denise was friendly and helpful and made me very comfortable. All in all, I will never want to buy a car from any other dealer and all my recommendations will be to Walker Ford. May God bless all of you and your family members. More

He took the time to go over every bell & whistle on my new car and even helped me sync my cell phone showing me how to operate it! Brett in sales was also great. He was proficient, but quick. I didn't feel like I had wasted an entire day at the car dealership. Everyone was very thorough but was such in a timely manner. This by far was the best car buying experience I've ever had!!! I would STRONGLY recommend this dealership and Kevin Jewell to anyone looking for a vehicle. I love my new car and loved my experience in buying!! :) More

I called Walker Ford in August along with other Ford dealers in the area & was connected to Kevin Jewel. He was not like a salesman I spoke with at the other dealers so I told him we were in New York St dealers in the area & was connected to Kevin Jewel. We knew what brand we wanted & Kevin was easy to wqork with. So, after a test drive, we bought our 2012 Fusion SE. It is a great car for the money. I will recommend Kevin & Walker Ford to others. I special ordered a 2011 Explorer through Kevin Jewel about a year ago. After I was struck by another vehicle just a few months ago, my car was declared a total loss. One on one and no back and forth on the numbers or terms with the "other guy" in the back office. I came from AutoWay Ford in St Pete and glad I did. Walker Ford is #1 and should be the standard for others - in my opinion. More
