I bought a used 2024 Toyota Sienna and after getting home (100 miles from the dealership) we realized the driver door did not lock. A local Toyota mechanic told us what it needed, but I had to rerun it to th (100 miles from the dealership) we realized the driver door did not lock. A local Toyota mechanic told us what it needed, but I had to rerun it to the dealership for service. We purchased a vehicle from CarMax in the past and it had AC issues and we were able to get it serviced in our town. Salesman was great. This was not his problem at all. More
