Jerod Horch was excellent. Great follow thru between initial contact thru to shipment from Japan to the USA, then shipment from the Port of Long Beach to Lexus of Sacramento a Great follow thru between initial contact thru to shipment from Japan to the USA, then shipment from the Port of Long Beach to Lexus of Sacramento and finally to vehicle pick-up. The amount of paperwork for a cash purchase is ridiculous. Only a house purchase is worse. But the Finance Manager made it a bit smoother (still a silly amount of paperwork). More
