I wasted a trip to this location for no reason. I wasn’t even offered a loaner vehicle even though I bought the car from this location. I literally had bought my preowned vehicle 2 weeks ago and it started even offered a loaner vehicle even though I bought the car from this location. I literally had bought my preowned vehicle 2 weeks ago and it started having electrical issues. I had asked the sales rep to contact me in regards to the warranty, but no contact whatsoever. Lexus of Sacramento really let me down. More

I didn’t feel valued. I scheduled an appointment to test drive a specific car and explained i had pre approved financing ready to make a purchase. Car was not ready, detailed to sale, nor did the sales rep drive a specific car and explained i had pre approved financing ready to make a purchase. Car was not ready, detailed to sale, nor did the sales rep know where the car was. I was told financing was swamped when we got there we were the only customers in the building. Also felt that i was lied to during financing. This was my first Lexus purchase and my first experience with Sacramento Lexus. I was given positive recommendations of this location and that was not my experience. If the pricing wasn’t great and the car not what i was looking for i would have walked. At this moment i would not buy another car from Sacramento Lexus. More

The personnel were courteous and nice, however the 2016 used car I purchased needed a steering gear replaced which cost me $2800. This was one week after I purchased the car. I bought from Lexus thinking t used car I purchased needed a steering gear replaced which cost me $2800. This was one week after I purchased the car. I bought from Lexus thinking that they would perform a full service check on the car before they sold it to me and that I would receive a car that was in excellent driving condition. I was wrong. I suppose "buyer beware" is apropos at Sac Lexus or Joe's used car lot. More
