UNBELIEVABLE ( you have to experience it to believe it )h I HATE buying cars,😖 the “games the dealerships play, how pushy they are, only caring about their pocketbook, not my needs! Need I go on? We wanted a I HATE buying cars,😖 the “games the dealerships play, how pushy they are, only caring about their pocketbook, not my needs! Need I go on? We wanted a “luxury” truck, and the salesman we talk to at Beaver Toyota told us he had exactly what we were looking for, and almost $6000 under bluebook . I had done a lot of research on the truck we were looking for. I knew if that was the case, that I hadn’t found anything close to it in two states! But to say I was skeptical, was an understatement. My last 4 cars include a Lexus, BMW, Infinity and Jaguar, so in the past I’ve certainly had opportunity to purchase from what is considered “the best dealerships.“ As we approached I could see it was a gigantic dealership, very impressive from the highway. BUT...I think my mouth fell open when I walked inside! I have never ever seen a dealership like this! CLEARLY a woman designed it I thought! Yep, a woman owns it! The decor was stunning and from the moment we walked in the front door people greeted us warmly but then but then went about their way, no one jumped on us!!! Just warm genuine greetings. I asked for Kevin Kerth tge salesman I had connected with on the Internet . Fully prepared to do “battle” I was instantly put at ease by his warm personality, All the stress brought on by car shopping melted away. You know how you meet someone and you think, this is the kind of person I would like to have as a friend, well that’s Kevin! As Kevin told us about the restaurant in the dealership, upstairs where the massage chairs are that “aren’t like the ones in the malls“ their like a massage, we sat on furniture I loved! All of the managers and sales people, and buyers mingling in little alcoves of couches, tables and chairs like comfortable mini Livingrooms. The Christmas Decour was stunning. The walls of glass that lead from one place to another are impressive to say the least!. This dealership sets the standard for all the other dealerships to aspire to, including every luxury dealership I’ve ever purchased from! This dealership is truly one of a kind, as are the employees. Everything Kevin had emailed me, and told me on the phone about the vehicle that we were interested in was absolutely true! No hype, no lure, just exactly what he said it was! We immediately felt that Kevin was on our side. Even with excellent credit the interest rate has gone up, and while we went to USAA, our banks etc. he searched on his own to find us the best rate! We had driven quite a ways because we had been to another dealership first before we got to Beaver Toyota and Kevin stayed an hour and a half after closing to work our purchase of this vehicle. It was such a good deal we did not want to lose it! In our casual enjoyable conversation I told Kevin I was going to purchase another Lexus RX in the fall. Primarily because I need that little button to push where their live “auto assist” either verbally guides me to where I want to go or takes over the nav system, downloads it into my car and my car starts heading in the right direction! Yes! I admit It, I am directionally impaired! THEN Kevin told me that Toyota has that same option, I couldn’t believe it !!! Kevin showed me the Highlander with all the luxury of a Lexus RX and with out paying three times as much for an oil change, uses regular gas... and he told us next December when we plan to buy another SUV, Lexus is using the same chassis for their 2020 Toyotas as the Lexus!!! Why would anyone spend an extra $20,000 just because there’s an L on the front of the car!? I actually took photos of some of the benefits for buying at Beaver Toyota, like free oil changes for life and a warranty for free tire replacement that is unheard of! Yep, Beaver, Kevin and the others we met completely blew us away and won us over. I haven’t stopped talking about Kevin, the dealership, and our experience to our friends. We have already made the decision that we will go back to Kevin to purchase a Highlander next December!. Who ever thought buying a car could be so relaxing and so much fun ?!!! THANKS Kevin!🤗 More
