Kevin is the very best of the best! Kevin Kobak is the very best of the best! This was our 2nd purchase of an Escape and we didn't bother looking at any other cars or dealers because Kev Kevin Kobak is the very best of the best! This was our 2nd purchase of an Escape and we didn't bother looking at any other cars or dealers because Kevin made such a wonderful impression on us the first time! When I called to set up an appointment, Kevin instantly remembered us and took excellent care of us once again. Go see Kevin if you want an honest, down to earth and enthusiastic sales professional who cares and is always smiling! He obviously loves what he does and so he does it well without pressuring you. Do not recommend Ive bought a vehicle 6 months ago from this dealership. experience went ok. came back today to buy another vehicle. test drove 2 models to make a deci Ive bought a vehicle 6 months ago from this dealership. experience went ok. came back today to buy another vehicle. test drove 2 models to make a decision. while the salesman was busy with another customer, i asked to test drive a mustang. Mind you i came with my wife and two young children. I was told that customers cannot test drive mustangs without a credit check? Let me once again reiterate that I recently purchased a $36,000 ford escape titanium, and was there today to purchase a $26,000 ford focus titanium. This is the most ignorant customer service move I've ever seen. Needless to say if i buy two vehicles from you and you still don't trust me enough to let me try a vehicle, you can keep your cars. I will NOT be buying from this dealership again. More
