I visited Kevin on a Monday night looking for a used vehicle. The dealership had a good inventory for the vehicle I desired (Ford Fusion). I walked in and Kevin greeted me immediately. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I left with a very positive feeling but wanted to continue to learn about my options. Over the next couple days, I emailed Kevin a number of times. Each time he returned my email promptly which impressed me very much. He sent me information that was helpful to my future purchase but that I hadn't even known to ask about. Once we finalized our deal, he was very fast and upfront about any and all information he needed from me. He contacted me immediately if he had questions or needed additional information. When we came in to pick up our new (to us) car, he showed us all the features and told us to drop in anytime if we needed help. Kevin was never pushy and always professional. We have recently leased two vehicles in a span of two weeks from Suburban Ford of Waterford primarily because of the outstanding customer concern that Kevin Kobak, Lease Manager, has shown us. The past weeks from Suburban Ford of Waterford primarily because of the outstanding customer concern that Kevin Kobak, Lease Manager, has shown us. The past 3 Sales Representatives at 3 previous dealerships would never speak in specifics or show any real interest in our leases until it was time to sign the contracts. Unlike them, Kevin immediately identified what we were looking for, located a vehicle with those specifications, told us exactly what it would cost us and when we would be able to take possession of the vehicle. He took the time to do all this within a day for each vehicle and we were able to drive them away the following day. As we had asked, Kevin also took the time to test drive the vehicles himself to ensure there were no wind noises, squeaks, or unwanted issues prior to our signing any papers. He explained the paperwork in layman’s terms then paired our vehicles between the Sync systems and our phones and finally demonstrated the numerous features of each vehicle. These are the third and fourth vehicles we’ve leased with Kevin’s assistance and we will continue to return as well as let our friends and family know of his personal and complete involvement with any transaction. We used to live in the Waterford area, and now live in Roscommon, Michigan, about the middle of the state. We were looking for a new 2012 Ford Escape, and my son (Todd P. Brooks) who also works for Ford Roscommon, Michigan, about the middle of the state. We were looking for a new 2012 Ford Escape, and my son (Todd P. Brooks) who also works for Ford Motor Co., set us up with Kevin Kobak. Kevin searched far and wide for the perfect vehicle, contacted us by e-mails and phone, until he found the perfect Escape for us. He is a dedicated,and a hard working, employee, you are lucky to have him....not many like him nowadays! We were so impressed with Kevin, we drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up our new Ford Escape. We could have bought the vehicle here, up north, but he was so easy and great to work with, we decided to go with Suburban Ford of Waterford. The trip was worth it! Everything went smoothly, he explained the paperwork, and all the new features of the Escape, set up our phones, and we had a full tank of gas on top of it....what more could we ask for! I hope you take care of Kevin, he deserves everything he earns, he is awesome! Angela was great also, very sweet and helpful, she explained all the options, and cost and helped find a good fit for us, since we are both retired. Angela knows here products, and sells them very well, another great employee! Your whole operation there in Waterford, is very impressive, and very busy, and I beleive it is because of the high quality of people that you employ. It started with my first phone call to Ray the new car sales manager about the Ford Fusion Hybrid that wanted to buy, In no time at all Kevin Kobak called me back to tell me that he had the keys to the ve sales manager about the Ford Fusion Hybrid that wanted to buy, In no time at all Kevin Kobak called me back to tell me that he had the keys to the vehicle I wanted on his desk and he would hold the vehicle till I could make out their on the weekend. Once I arrived at the dealership it only got better I think Kevin and Angela both would have given the shirts of their backs if asked, I actually didn't wait till the weekend I arrived late on a Thursday night around 7:30 PM. and they had me driving my new Fusion Hybrid home that night. Because I also purchased the paint, leather and diamond glass protection plan I had to bring my car back on Saturday, Kevin said I could drop it off and take his car till my car was ready and when I was with Angela in Financing we talked about driving from Sterling Heights were I live to Waterford thats about a 45 min. to and hour drive, Angela said I could use the dealerships out here were I live but If I wanted to bring it back to them I could call her because she lives on the East side also and she would pick up my car and leave me her car while my car was repaired or worked on that is SERVICE!!! that you do not see any more. Kevin was very thorough and knowledgable in explaining and demonstrating all the new features as this is the first time I purchased a navigation system. He answered all my questions and even set up my sync with my phone etc. As a retired Customer Service Manager for a major telecommunications company I know what excellent service is and I am quite pleased with how my transaction was handled. Kudo's to you for having a dedicated employee as Kevin. I commend you and him for a job well done. More
