It had been more than 10 years and 2 vehicles since I had done business there. I'm very glad I gave Otto's another look. Initially I was a little skeptical being teamed up with a relatively new sales person - but Lorenzo turned out to be one of the best - maybe THE best - sales person I have ever worked with on a car purchase. He knows the BMW product line and vehicle features inside and out - and he is great at establishing a professional rapport with his clients. He asks the right questions and answered my questions with interest and respect. He even took the time to explain the service process as a selling point - not as an afterthought. When it came time for discussing price, Lorenzo once again acted like a seasoned pro. His sales manager, Kevin, entered the discussion at the right time and with the right approach. Kevin made it clear he wanted to earn my business. When I changed my mind about buying a vehicle that was in inventory and decided to order one, both Lorenzo and Kevin went with the flow and made it happen without a hitch (no pun intended L and K). I was very pleased to see my new vehicle in Otto's delivery bay within 15 days of my order. The delivery process was seamless and painless. Noel had everything ready to go and very patiently answered all of my questions (all the docs and numbers needed to make sense to me before I would sign). He explained the additional maintenance options and helped me make informed decisions about them. I highly recommend Otto's to anyone looking for a new BMW. It is a professional dealership with a great facility and great people. There was no arrogance about the dealership or the vehicles. Unlike some other brands I checked out, the people at Otto's clearly wanted to earn my business - and they did just that. More

Jennifer Moore at front desk...Great Friendly Smile and set the Positive Tone. 2. Pre-Owned Sales Manager Wilmer Rodriguez, educated us and made our inspection happen. 3. New Car Manager Kevin Mahoney, met us at the front desk of the dealership and greeted us. 4. Finance Person, John Keenan who did OVERTIME...pass 6pm... to get our closing paperwork and tags done. 5. Title Associate , Patty Prince who double and triple checked everything to make sure John could do his work. 6. Dallas for getting the VIN 7. A FULL TANK OF GAS...WOW 8. Service department for making our BMW look like a BRAND NEW CAR!!! when it was sitting in the "DELIVERY ROOM" THANK YOU... Otto's BMW...We will do 2 things: 1. Come back to buy another BMW 2. Refer our friends, family members, customers, clients and real estate associates to you. More
