It was a little over a month before we bought. Kevin kept in touch without the typical car salesman pressure. I knew that he was the person I wanted to do business with. He made the whole process enjoyable and easy! I had my car less then a week and I had an issue arise. 6:15 at night in a shopping center, turn off my car and all the lights turn red, engine light comes on and there is some kind of loud beeping sound. I called the dealership and Frank talked to me and said he would be right down to help me. I discovered after he was on his way down that I had not put my car into park mode and I created the issue at hand. Frank was very understanding and nice when he arrived! He said the only concern is that I was safe. I love this dealership! Would recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out and especially Kevin McDougall. More
