I went into the service center today and I asked for an oil change and filter, what I ended up with was service I didn’t ask for but I had to pay for them. Said that they performed multi point inspection ( oil change and filter, what I ended up with was service I didn’t ask for but I had to pay for them. Said that they performed multi point inspection (I didn’t ask for) of course at a cost and they charged me for topping off my fluids (windshield fluid filled yesterday) then the DEF fluid (which was 2/3 full already at a cost of almost 20 bucks for at most a gallon maybe half. He did refund the cost of the DEF but out the door was over 200.00 bucks. If you take your car or truck make sure you tell them not to do anything extra than what you carried it in for. The next work that gets done on any my ford vehicles will be done at my old dealership (even if I have to drive to New Bern). More
