Everything about this service department is about how to make more money. My truck was serviced with a multi-point inspection as normal two to three times a year and then my catalytic converters were stolen make more money. My truck was serviced with a multi-point inspection as normal two to three times a year and then my catalytic converters were stolen four weeks after service. A few days after dropping it off they did a multi-point inspection again and found 4,600 in additional repairs they wanted to do for me that were not covered by Toyota Care and thought I might want to get the work done while my truck was waiting for parts. After I declined my service advisor never called me again. I eventually spoke to a manager (not the service manager that was never in) and didn't get my truck back until four months later. I spoke to Toyota's corporate team but even then they seemed to feel that since they had given me a loaner, a Corolla in place of my Tundra, that I should have been happy about all of this. I would have been happy had they not tried to gouge me in the first place and been honest with me when I dropped the truck off that it would take four months to get it fixed. This is even after I agreed to pay a 640 referal fee which was supposed to expedite the parts once they were in stock. If that got them to me in four months I feel sorry for anyone who didn't pay it. This was my last trip to this dealer. My truck is going back to the dealer I bought it from for service (I'll make the drive) and for my Lexus I already started doing the same. More

I did not have an appointment, they took care of my issue quickly and even got my next scheduled maintenance done! Kevin my service advisor was fantastic!
