I think this is our sixth Subaru between the two of us, and it probably won't be the last. We negotiated a deal, but it wasn't a high pressure sales negotiation. And the F&I discussion with Zach had no sales pressure either. He just described what was available to us and was happy with our decision. Actually, I usually go into the F&I meeting with a strong predisposition to not get anything. But with Zach's no pressure approach we saw the value in the prepaid maintenance and took one of those options. And Steve is a good guy too. He took over on the test drive when Kevin was called away for a few minutes and he was just as friendly and helpful as Kevin. A very pleasant experience. More

Steve Wergin. my salesperson, did an excellent job explaining all the features of the 2017 models and he did not try to sway me into picking a car that didn't suit my needs. He is personable, thorough, truthful, and customer minded in his sales approach. When I chose features on the car that were not available at Delmar, Steve quickly contacted Annapolis to have a car delivered that met my needs. He took a long time to explain features on the car instead of rushing through it to make a sale. I have had several cars in my lifetime and by far Steve Wergin is the best salesperson I have ever had. Once you meet him you feel you have known him forever and will choose him again as your salesperson. Zach Nagler was wonderful helping me with financing and Kevin Miller assisted me before I was able to meet with Steve. More
