Steve Wergin. my salesperson, did an excellent job explaining all the features of the 2017 models and he did not try to sway me into picking a car that didn't suit my needs. He is personable, thorough, truthful, and customer minded in his sales approach. When I chose features on the car that were not available at Delmar, Steve quickly contacted Annapolis to have a car delivered that met my needs. He took a long time to explain features on the car instead of rushing through it to make a sale. I have had several cars in my lifetime and by far Steve Wergin is the best salesperson I have ever had. Once you meet him you feel you have known him forever and will choose him again as your salesperson. Zach Nagler was wonderful helping me with financing and Kevin Miller assisted me before I was able to meet with Steve. More

Kevin gave me the option of seeing which car I would be approved for (credit check) within the crazy limitations I had, or test driving a couple of things and then seeing what I could get approved. I decided to take the first option and Wendy worked some serious magic for me!! She got me a great low payment!! Kevin took us out for a test drive and the rest was history!! I could not have asked for better service! Kevin was attentive and not pushy, he laid out all of my options and made it happen! And Wendy did some great work getting the loan approved and getting me a great payment! I would recommend this dynamic duo to anyone who is looking for a new or used car!! More

First Impressions Kevin Miller, a Gateway salesperson, greeted us outside in 90+ degree weather, offering us water, additional info on the Subaru Forester, without pres Kevin Miller, a Gateway salesperson, greeted us outside in 90+ degree weather, offering us water, additional info on the Subaru Forester, without pressuring us to buy now and in doing so made a great first impression! We researched further on the internet about the Forester, while including the Honda CRV & Rav4 to our list for safety, roominess & expanded clear vision when looking out the back window (I know a backup camera is included but I am intimidated by it now but will learn). The Subaru Forester won-Honda CRV and Rav4 less knee room for the passenger, cost more; and the Honda dealership management person was to me obnoxious while the salesperson was not. Gateway Subaru Dealership clearly won this one, having a great car along with courteous personable representatives such as, Kevin Miller, Wendy, & Renee. Also, I must add, that Kevin explained & showed us the workings of everything in the car. He even did the bluetooth connection with my iPhone. How wonderful was that! He also gave an open invitation to call anytime with any questions or help! Oh, yes, first impressions make a winner and Gateway Subaru has a winning team! More
