The is the second new car I purchased from them in past 24 months. Their service dept is outstanding. Everyone treated me very very nice with no pricing gimmicks like other dealers have. The customer service waiting area is clean and very nice--they even provide snacks/coffee/etc. Finally, they do FREE car washes for the life of the car More

The personnel I dealt with at Gateway were a pleasure to do business with. They took enough time to answer any and all of my questions and never pressured me. The original price quoted me was fair and the t do business with. They took enough time to answer any and all of my questions and never pressured me. I have yet to deal with the service dept. I hope they are as accommodating as the sales dept. More

I had purchased 5 Subaru cars from 1998 to 2018 from another dealer.....I went back to that dealer to trade my 2019 Forester for a 2023 Forester.....long story, but, the very young sales manager was arr another dealer.....I went back to that dealer to trade my 2019 Forester for a 2023 Forester.....long story, but, the very young sales manager was arrogant and insulted me.....I then went to Gateway.....on October 25, 2023, in 2 1/2 hours, I had my new 2023 Forester....they were wonderful More

I just picked up a new Subaru. When it was order they quoted my a great price on the Subaru I was trading in and a great price on the new one. When the new one ordered from the fac When it was order they quoted my a great price on the Subaru I was trading in and a great price on the new one. When the new one ordered from the factory came in I went to get it and everything they promised was honored. The salesman was great and spent a long time going over how too in the new car. One of my keyless fobs for the trade in was all apart in a sandwich bag. I was unable to put it together and thought maybe it did not work. The sales guy dumped all the parts on his desk and put it back to original condition; plus it worked. Saved me from buying one if those. The whole transaction was great from start to finish. The salesman was Joe Francisco. More
