After an initial test drive and discussion with Kevin we left to go celebrate Memorial Day with the family. During that time Kevin texted me the pricing info that I requested. After a couple of texts while out with the family the process was all setup. I came back to the dealership after dinner and finished the paperwork. It was the smoothest new vehicle purchase I have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a comfortable no pressure car buying experience. More

Great car buying experience Had read online that Gunn Honda treated their customers well, but after many other car purchases at other dealers, we were skeptical, to say rhe least Had read online that Gunn Honda treated their customers well, but after many other car purchases at other dealers, we were skeptical, to say rhe least! We went to Gunn twice, the first time to begin our research of all vans. We worked wirh Kevin both times, buying a 2018 Honda Odyessy the 2nd time. I have to agree the positive reviews were right! Everyone treated us well, Kevin was very knowledgeable about the Van and never hesitated to answer any of our questions even when they were quite direct. Zach in financing was very helpful and straightforward about financing the car. We've all had a bad car buying experience in the past - working with Gunn was a breath of fresh air, a pleasure! We look forward to working w/Gunn as we go forward. Ask for Kevin if you stop by! More

exceptional/extremely competent service At my first call with Craig Simpson, i informed him that this car was to be a gift to my son and that if transactions went through, i would have to ma At my first call with Craig Simpson, i informed him that this car was to be a gift to my son and that if transactions went through, i would have to make a 4 hour drive one way to pick up the car. Obviously, everything had to be handled by phone- from the make/model/color etc to financing- since i lived so far away. i was a little bit apprehensive making a big purchase like this just over the phone but i had no choice since i wasn't happy about how my car buying experience was going where i lived.But straight talk from Craig and more straight talk from Tony Decena(financing) convinced me to give it a try. ONEPRICE ROCKS! NO HAGGLING about price-BRILLIANT! When i got to the dealership the car was already parked out front.A couple signatures later - off i went with my new car!WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! My husband even commented "everybody is very courteous and friendly here". We love Craig, Tony and Kevin!What a great team to work with-professional, thoughtful and competent-what else can you ask for?And it took no more than an hour -including test drive- to get everything together and be out the door.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! More
