I've been to better Buick dealerships that are accommodating to frontline workers. When you ask them about how the sales price changes drastically, they become defensive and rude. Kevin Moore became illiterate over email because I wrote the place a one-star review. When I tried to call them again to see if I could recover from the one bad experience, Patti was rude and refused to give me information on leasing. PS: The Liberty package deal is a fancy name for paying for advertisements. Charging $1400+ in advertisements is a scam. Be careful with dealing with this dealership, by far the rudest salespeople I've come across. More
